1. Acceptance of terms
Creating an account or using any part of NEET Flex means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- • You must provide accurate information at sign-up.
- • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
3. Acceptable use
- • Use NEET Flex only for personal study and practice.
- • Do not copy, redistribute, or resell our question bank or content.
- • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
4. Subscriptions
Premium access is offered as a paid plan. Access continues until your plan's expiry date, which aligns with the NEET exam cycle. Prices and plans are listed on the pricing page and may change.
5. Refunds
Because NEET Flex grants instant access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable. If you experience a genuine access problem, contact us within 7 days of payment and we'll look into it.
6. Content accuracy
We work hard to keep questions and solutions accurate and aligned with NCERT and the NEET syllabus. However, content may contain errors. Always verify important concepts with your teachers or official sources.
7. Service changes
We may update, add, or remove features at any time. We'll try to give notice for major changes that affect your access.
8. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time via the contact page.
